Goddard Littlefair is an award-winning luxury interior design house with international expertise and a global portfolio working on some of London’s most high-profile residential developments. After carrying out a very successful dilapidation/Cat A refurbishment at 32 Saffron Hill EC1, THINKING SPACE was nominated as the fit-out contractor by Goddard and Little who were looking to take another floor within the building.

Appointed by Data Pipe in conjunction with internationally acclaimed architects Bruce Henderson International. The project involved a fast track fit out that was completed within 9 weeks from instruction. Partitions with structured glass and signage and carpet. A new kitchen to include plumbing and full decoration. Construction of feature walls and reception desk and full electrical installation.

Bear Nibbles

Imagine an office with swings, a garden shed, a tree house and a picnic area… Well that’s the world of Bear Nibbles, or, as it is now known, Urban Fruit.

Competing against six other London consultancies, Thinking Space were appointed to carry out a space audit of their current accommodation and make recommendations to their HQ in Australia as to whether they should move or not.

The Mount Stewart Trust

The project comprised the dilapidation works to the 3rd and 4th floors of this office building. Working in conjunction with leading and award winning architects, HÛT Architecture, Contract Administrators William Martin and contract Managers Helix Properties.

Global Eagle Entertainment

The contract comprised a design and build fit out for 120 staff on behalf of Global Eagle Entertainment into 9,665 sq ft of basic Category A space at 78 Whitfield St, W1.

Appointed by Aberdeen Asset Management to carry out this major office refurbishment of one of their headline buildings.
