The contract took place over 12 weeks and the works involved a complete strip of the floors and the re-installation of WCs, kitchenettes, flooring, and ceilings along with lighting and refurbishment of the ground floor reception area.
There was also a major renewal of the air-conditioning and ventilation systems to the floors.
