The contract comprised a fast track fit out that was completed within six weeks from instruction. It included an initial detailed space audit for Board approval to establish the necessity of a move; inspection of various sites during the property search; full space planning and design of finishes; full electrical and structured cabling installation.
Work also included partitions with structured glass; a new kitchen, breakfast bar and informal chill out area for staff to include plumbing and full decoration; design and on-site construction of bespoke joinery for shelving, library, reception desk and kitchen area; installation of a folding acoustic wall.
